San Manuel Casino Craps

Sovereignty
Is anyone familiar with the type of card craps San Manuel Indian Casino uses? I've been to Barona and a few other Indian casino's in California, but never seen one like this. They draw two cards from a single shoe and each number represents a dice... Almost all bets work the same except they pay triple for 2 and 12 on the field bet.
All the others I've seen seem to run with two shoes or like Barona's dice/card hybrid. So has anyone seen it or heard anything about this? Are the odds relatively close to a typical game of craps?
I'll head down there sometime and ask how many cards are in the shoe, but if someone already knows the answer that'd be appreciated too =)
Been lurking for quite some time, glad I finally have a question that wasn't already asked =D

However, at Viejas and San Manuel, when last I checked, they play Card Craps, which uses a shoe of many cards, either 264 or 324 (I keep getting conflicting information on the exact number), all numbered ace to six, and draw two at random without replacement to represent a roll.

I know most people already know articles about the fact that these card craps tend to favor the 'don'ts'. I am not too into computers, math, statistics, or how these cycling shuffling machines work. So can someone explain why this is so? I understand that once 2 cards are removed (set as the point), the chances of the number showing up is decreased because one combination has recently been removed. However, it's difficult to understand how significant that is and how long it takes to have those 2 cards just revealed as the point get shuffled back. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, the San Manuel Indian Casino isn't listed.
SanNo matter what system they use, you gotta assume that if the payouts are the same, then the system produces 'rolls' in the same random frequency as real dice.
The only question is this: Does card removal affects the odds of the remainder of the shoe? I.E. It might be sufficiently random for the entire shoe, but a card counter might be able to get an edge mid-shoe. Obviously, if it's possible, then the counter would need to track six counts....

Just curious as to what six counts mean.
